For Domestic Orders:
Return/Refund
We have a fourteen-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received, with tags intact and in its original package. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Your item goes through quality inspection after it's handed to us. If it meets the conditions above, We proceed with the refund process through bank transfer or Instapay.

Exchange
We have a fourteen-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received, with tags intact and in its original package. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Customer is responsible for paying return/exchange shipping fees.

We Accept only exchanges on discounted items.
For International Orders:
We don't accept returns and exchanges.
